More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the images.

Additionally contained in this new document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further images made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
